In 2009, I was navigating life as a single mother of two while battling depression, anxiety, insomnia, and constant fatigue. I tried medications, but the side effects left me feeling worse—not better. Everything changed when I started moving my body. What began as simple walks and small nutrition changes turned into a complete transformation. My energy came back. My mindset shifted. I regained control of my health—and eventually, my life. That experience became my mission.


A New Direction 

Today, I help women—especially those 40 and above—build strength, improve their health, and create a lifestyle that actually works for them. No extremes. No starting over. Just real, sustainable progress.
